Research On The Entrepreneurial Models Of Migrant Workers Returning To Their Hometowns Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the context of rural revitalization,the return of migrant workers to their hometowns to start businesses has gradually become a vital force in rural revitalization.More migrant workers return to their hometowns for entrepreneurial activities,bringing back new urban lifestyles and ideas,and driving the rapid growth of the rural economy and the rapid growth of farmers Increase income.Preliminarily explore the typical model of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses in the context of rural revitalization,in order to increase the society,government and individual migrant workers’ attention to returning to their hometowns to start businesses,which is conducive to the state and society’s guidance and support for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses in the future.Facilitating the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy plays an important role in realizing the effective connection between my country’s poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Based on the definition of related concepts and the review of domestic and foreign literature,this research adopts a qualitative analysis method to return hometown of migrant workers from CCTV’s "Getting Rich" column and its official We Chat public account platform "Jing Hongtang" from 2018 to 2020.Entrepreneurship cases are samples,try to use grounded theoretical research methods to make preliminary explorations on the entrepreneurial model of migrant workers returning to their hometowns under the background of rural revitalization,and extract the cooperative organization-leading type,the thriving industry-pull type,the beautiful countrysideleading type and the entrepreneurial platform boosting type And other four modes of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses.Combined with specific examples,the characteristics,similarities and differences of various entrepreneurial models are analyzed and compared.Furthermore,based on the analysis of the boosting effect of migrant workers’ return to their hometowns to start a business on rural revitalization,the poor entrepreneurial environment,insufficient venture capital,insufficient policy awareness,and poor entrepreneurial ability existed in the process of migrant workers returning to their hometowns under the background of rural revitalization.Strengthen the real dilemma,propose countermeasures from four aspects:one is to optimize public services and improve the entrepreneurial environment;the second is to broaden the sources of funds and optimize the entrepreneurial model;the third is to strengthen policy guidance and clarify the entities of entrepreneurship;the fourth is to improve training and education,and improve Entrepreneurship ability.
