Practice On The Construction Of Voluntary Service System For Care And Protection Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas

Due to the rapid development of our country’s industrialization and urbanization,the increasing number of migrant workers in cities,and the restriction of urban and rural household registration,the group size of left-behind children in rural areas is growing.To effectively solve the problem of left-behind children,is not only to practice the spirit of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions,but also to effectively safeguard the legal rights and interests of left-behind children.The construction of a voluntary service system for the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas is an effective way to solve this problem.This article uses the rural left-behind children’s care and protection social work service project in County A of J Province as the carrier.Through the investigation of left-behind children,we conduct in-depth research on the classification and difficulties of left-behind children,and fully analyze the problem and its cause in voluntary service for the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas.Through detailed analysis of the basis and support of the voluntary service system,a series of concrete and feasible solutions are proposed,such as purchasing services by the government,fully integrating voluntary service resources,building a voluntary service demand and supply platform for the care and protection of left-behind children,and innovating voluntary service mechanisms.These measures play an important role in promoting the establishment of a voluntary service system for the care and protection of left-behind children in rural A Country of J Province.This article uses social support theory and welfare pluralism theory,adopts literature analysis method and field research method.On the one hand,it applies social work research to the theory and practice of left-behind children in China’s rural areas,and explores the voluntary service of care and protection for rural left-behind children,and has enriched the connotation of the voluntary service system;on the other hand,it has innovated the practical exploration of care and service for the disadvantaged groups in society,complemented and perfected the shortcomings of the voluntary service for the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas.This article has increased the number of samples for the establishment of voluntary service system in other areas,so it has a certain reference role.
