party to govern the country.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC with Xi Jinping as the core,conforming to the historical trend of new era and the specification of the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.profoundly summing up our party’s experience and lessons in the practice of revolution,construction,reformation and opening up,keeping up the party’s fine traditions,adhering to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,upholding the political position of the people first,have putted forward the people-centered value concept of governance,which has achieved fruitful results in certain practice.The paper takes Xi Jinping’s people-centered philosophy as research objects,and makes a systematic study from the following four aspects : the proposition and development process of Xi Jinping’s people-centered philosophy,basic connotation,practical route,theoretical and practical significance.The research content and main frame of this paper are divided into five parts.The first part,as an introduction to the paper,mainly explains the background and the significance of systematic research on Xi
