| Since the 21st century,China’s urbanization development has entered the fast lane.Unbala nced economic development has attracted a large number of young and middle-aged rural reside nts to work in cities,and left-behind children have also emerged.According to statistics from th e Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2018,there are 6.97 million left-behind children in rural areas acro ss the country.The vigorous urbanization process provides new development opportunities for t he young and middle-aged in rural areas,but it also poses extremely severe challenges to their d escendants: in the pulse of the times of social changes,under the social structure of the absence of families,and gradually disintegrating.In rural communities,left-behind teenagers with weak ened social ties have embarked on the road of illegal crimes due to lack of family guardianship a nd social guidance and vulnerable to external adverse factors.According to statistics from the "J udicial Big Data" issued by the Supreme People’s Court,in juvenile crime cases concluded in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017,left-behind families,as an important factor affecting juvenile crime,ra nked first and third respectively.As a product of the intersection of the process of urbanization a nd personal life in this special historical era,left-behind juvenile crime has a profound social bac kground and is a social goal.Taking social changes as the background of the times,this article selects a typical group of left-behind teenagers in W County,Jiangxi Province for analysis.Based on the theory of social disorganization,social bond theory,etc.,it comprehensively uses case interview method,compa rative research method,literature research method and other methods to analyze and discuss the crime of left-behind minors in rural areas under the background of urbanization.In addition to the introduction,the article has four parts: The first part,based on the collecti on of relevant data,sorts out the current status of crimes committed by left-behind minors in rur al areas,and summarizes its characteristics.In the second part,first,explain the reasons for choo sing this point as the research object by describing the social and time background of rural disor ganization in County W.Second,focus on the gang case to describe the basic situation and orga nizational structure of the underage gang members.Thirdly,through in-depth interviews and ex changes with left-behind criminal minors in the gang,it explored the typical characteristics of th e weakening of the ties with traditional ties,and portrayed the formation path for them to break away from the traditional ties and gradually invest in subcultural groups.The third part analyzes the reasons for left-behind minors committing crimes.It is found that the weakened sense of att achment of left-behind families,the imbalance of school education,the disorganization of traditi onal rural communities,and the weakening of social support functions are the causes of the wea kening of the bond between left-behind minors and the crime the reason.Finally,the fourth part of the article aims at the criminal reasons for the weakening of the bonds of left-behind minors,and proposes to reshape the bonds of social connections for crime prevention.That is to say,at t he macro level,it is necessary to orderly promote urbanization,speed up the construction of ne w rural areas,promote the completeness of alienated family structures,and structurally improve social bonds.At the micro level,it actively builds a complete social bond by emphasizing resha ping the attachment relationship of left-behind families,giving play to the connection function o f school education,reshaping an orderly rural community,strengthening the construction of a so cial support system,and strengthening the special prevention of public security organs. |
