Juvenile are the future and hope of the nation.It is the responsibility and obligation of the whole society to take care of their healthy growth.But with the rapid development of the society and the rapid transformation of the social structure,the problem of juvenile delinquency has been serious increasingly,which attracts the attention of the whole society.At present,judicial assistance and education is the main measure to correct the problem of juvenile delinquency.However,it has gradually revealed certain deficiencies in the long-term practice process due to the particularity of the minors,and in recent years,with the innovation and reform of the concept of judicial assistance and education,it needs more social forces.While,the field,value and skill method of judicial social work can be in line with the assistance and education system,and the intervention of social work in the assistance and education service for minors involved in crime has certain feasibility.Based on the above background,this study focus on the delinquent minors and research the method that social workers participate in the assistance and education services for the minors involved in crime.Through the analysis of the current situation and needs of minors involved in crime and the work of judicial assistance and education,the necessity and feasibility of social work participation are demonstrated.In addition,under the guidance of psychosocial treatment mode,combining the theory of people in the situation,this study uses qualitative research methods such as field observation,interview and case study to explore the practical path of social workers’ participation in the teaching service for minors involved in crime.This paper is divided into three parts,a total of six chapters.The first part is the research preparation,mainly combing the research background,research design and the necessity and feasibility of the research.The second part is the main part of the study,mainly showing the specific process and path of social workers’ involvement in the criminal minors’ assistance and education service through the case analysis.The third part is the conclusion of the study.Based on the case study,the author tries to explore a suitable way to help and teach the minors involved in crime,and discusses the difficulties and countermeasures of social workers’ participation in the assistance and education services for minors involved in crimes,which in order to provide practical reference for the same type of help and teach services.Through the research,the author found: firstly,according to the objective needs of reality,it is feasible and necessary for social work to intervene in the study of assistance and education services for minors involved in crimes.Secondly,it can increase the professionalism and scientific of the education work from the research,and provide a new method and approach for the treatment of juvenile delinquency.Thirdly,the psycho-social treatment model provides a strong theoretical support for the practical research on the assistance and education services for delinquent minors.finally,based on the psycho-social treatment model,the author summarizes the "personal-network-society" education service path,in order to provide practical experience for the same type of help teaching service.
