| In a certain sense,interrogation activities always focus on the psychological transformation of suspect.In the trial,the psychological activities of criminal suspect are subjected to intense conflict and confrontation between supply and demand under the combined action of various subjective and objective factors.With the aggravation of the conflict,the motivation of refusing to give a confession is weakening,the motivation of confession is induced and strengthened,until the critical psychology of confession is gradually emerging.Critical confession stage is the main stage of trial,which is the key stage for suspect to turn confession into confession.The author tries to explore the trajectory and internal law of the critical confession psychology of the criminal suspect from the related propositions of cognitive psychology,emotional psychology and motivation psychology,and combine with the trial practice,analyze the influencing factors and behavior of the critical confession psychology of the suspect,grasp the timing of critical confession psychology accurately,and adopt effective strategies and methods.Ensure the success of the trial.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the research overview.It includes the raising of the problem,the review of domestic and foreign research,and the research methods,and on the basis of systematically combing and analyzing the relevant research results,it defines the meaning and characteristics of critical confession psychology.The critical confession psychology is not only a psychological process,but a psychological activity that suspects suspect to confess under the motivation of confession.It has the characteristics of goal,difference and variability.The second part is the psychological analysis of critical confession.From the perspectives of attention sensitization and automatic thinking of cognitive psychology,emotional psychology from the four-dimensional theory of emotion and the proposition of anticipatory emotion,and motivational psychology from the proposition of psychological tension system and Rupert model,this paper analyzes how to stimulate critical confession psychology and promote its transformation to confession.The third part is about the factors that affect the psychology of critical confession.The suspect in custody and trial status is faced with moral condemnation and legal investigation.Based on different personality characteristics and psychological needs,under the appropriate stimulation of external incentives,the interrogation between the subject and the environment is aroused by the proper regulation and control of interrogators.It mainly discusses from three aspects: the case factor,the suspect factor and the interrogation factor.The fourth part is the behavior of critical confession psychology.In the critical confession stage,although the suspect has produced the motive of confession,there will be twists and turns in the process of tending to confession,and the ideological struggle is very intense.There are often behaviors such as pouring,raising conditions,easing up the attitude and jitters.The fifth part is the interrogation Countermeasures of critical confession psychology.Interrogators combine the specific circumstances of the case and the personality characteristics and behavior of the criminal suspect,and adopt relevant psychological strategies,such as establishing psychological compatibility,active listening,strategy response and supervision coordination,which will influence the suspect’s psychology in a timely manner and promote the in-depth and successful trial. |
