| Emerged in the United States in the late 1990 s,positive psychology is a discipline dedicated to studying the positive strength and positive potentials of human beings.The ideas advocated by positive psychology,such as positive emotional experience,positive personality traits,and positive organization system,provide new thoughts for the current theoretical research of public security ideological and political education.Meanwhile,at the level of interdisciplinary research,there is obvious compatibility between positive psychology and public security ideological and political education.Through reference to the related concepts and methods of positive psychology,it also provides new ideas for solving the current problem of low effectiveness in public security ideological and political education.This paper mainly includes five sections: The first part is the introduction.Under the premise of clarifying the research objectives and significance,it elaborated the current research status of positive psychology and the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education at home and abroad,and put forward the research ideas,research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is the theoretical overview.It mainly involved the connotation and basic content of positive psychology,as well as the connotation,characteristics and evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education.The third part is an analysis of the practicality of learning from positive psychology in the study of the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education.It mainly explained the feasibility of the cross-over study of the two from three aspects: the relevance of the research objects,the commonality of the goal pursuit,and the compatibility of the principles and methods.It also analyzed the necessity of cross-over study of the two items from the optimization of the concept,content,method and environment of public security ideological and political education by positive psychology.The fourth part referred to the analysis of the status quo of public security ideological and political education.It mainly adopted the method of questionnaire survey from the perspective of positive psychology,and collected the views and attitudes of the grassroots policemen on the ideological and political education of public security.And on that basis,it analyzed the current actual situation of the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education and the main factors that restrict the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education.The fifth part involved the improvement path of the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education.By drawing on the basic theories of positive psychology and focusing on various current factors that affect the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education,it proposed the specific path to enhance the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education,including making good use of the positive strength of public security ideological and political educators,constructing a positive public security ideological and political education content system,innovating active public security ideological and political education methods,and creating a positive public security ideological and political education environment.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper attempted to conduct in-depth research from a more detailed and micro perspective of psychology.By drawing on the relevant theories of positive psychology,it aimed to make good use of the positive strength of public security ideological and political educators,and innovate the content,methods and environment of public security ideological and political education,so as to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education. |
