The Causes Of Vicious Campus Bullying And Its Countermeasures

In recent years,vicious campus bullying by minors has been frequently seen in media news reports,and more and more vicious incidents have aroused public attention to campus bullying.Vicious campus bullying not only causes physical harm to minors,but also has serious mental damage.It is urgent to effectively prevent and manage vicious campus bullying.In recent years,relevant departments of the central government have successively issued a number of documents on the management of campus bullying,such as the "Notice on Launching Special Management of Campus Bullying" and the "Strengthening Comprehensive Management Plan for Primary and Secondary School Student Bullying" and so on.However,after the release of these governance documents,the phenomenon of vicious campus bullying has not been effectively curbed.Therefore,based on empirical analysis,this article analyzes the causes of vicious campus bullying from the perspective of criminology,and puts forward suggestions for prevention and treatment.The first part elaborates the basic outline of vicious campus bullying.Based on the analysis of the existing concept of campus bullying,the vicious campus bullying is defined from the literal level,and the types of vicious campus bullying are introduced from the types and methods of bullying behavior,and the impact of vicious bullying behavior on minors is analyzed.harm.The second part is the analysis and problem induction of the current situation of vicious campus bullying in our country.Using "campus bullying" and "campus violence" as keywords,we searched major domestic news websites to screen news reports on campus bullying incidents in the past two years,and conduct empirical analysis on the selected campus bullying incident research samples,Summarize the current situation of vicious campus bullying.The third part is the analysis of the causes of the vicious campus bullying in our country.From the perspective of criminology,combined with the conclusions of empirical analysis,from the four aspects of individual,family,school,and society,it deeply analyzes the causes of vicious campus bullying.The fourth part is to learn from the management experience of vicious campus bullying outside the region,and provide successful experience for the management of vicious campus bullying in our country.This article introduces the United States’ experience in the governance of campus bullying,and sums up the experience in four aspects: the specialized legal system for campus bullying,the cooperative prevention mechanism inside and outside the school,the procedures for handling campus bullying incidents,and the juvenile justice system.The fifth part aims at the phenomenon of vicious campus bullying,combined with the problems found in the empirical analysis,and proposes prevention and treatment plans.Detailed explanations are made from three aspects: constructing a multi-subject coordinated prevention system,improving the punishment mechanism,and strengthening the operability of judicial application.After clarifying the concept of vicious campus bullying,constructing and improving the handling and prevention mechanism of vicious campus bullying,the direction is severe punishment.Build a prevention system for vicious campus bullying.
