Xi Jinping’s view on the people is an important content and component of Xi Jinping’s theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,thanks to the correct leadership of the Party and the unremitting efforts of the whole people,China has scored a decisive victory in poverty alleviation,completed the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and achieved its first centenary goal.At the same time,China’s economy and society have entered a new stage of development,embarking on a new journey to become a great modern socialist country.In addition,the fight against COVID-19 has also achieved a major initial victory.These major historical achievements and changes fully demonstrate the rich connotation of Xi Jinping’s views on the people,such as "for whom and on whom we rely","people-centered","people first" and "life first".On the contrary,the western developed countries especially the United States a series of inverse globalization behavior and its domestic ethnic contradictions and ethnic tensions,sluggish economic growth and significant anti epidemic failure,in both theoretical and practical level,from the other side proved the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,system,theory,culture has significant advantages,such as also witnessed the strong leadership of our party and the people of the mighty power.The theoretical study of Xi Jinping’s view of the people is not only the theoretical need of learning,understanding and digging its important ideological connotation,but also the practical need of practicing Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics and its view of the people.This is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the modern socialist power in the new stage of development.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part elaborates the theoretical origin
