The township cadres are the most basic and the largest group in the political hierarchy of our country.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.The work of "agriculture,countryside,and farmers" is an important part of national governance.The effect of rural social governance and policy implementation depends on the grassroots township cadres.However,the township working environment is poor,the work content is complicated,the promotion is difficult,the pressure source is wide,the responsibility is heavy,also other objective factors have always existed.The cadres leave the grassroots through secondment,selection,examination,and resignation,resulting in the grassroots not being able to retain cadres.In order to respond to the goal of building grassroots organizations in the party and state,it is necessary to build a team of township cadres with strong capabilities,high levels,and high overall quality,and to solve the "last mile" problem of social governance,and it is necessary to deal with the problem of the loss of township cadres.This article takes the township cadres in J District of Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province as the research object,analyzes the current situation and causes of the loss,and explores solutions.This article will start with the basic situation and management situation of township cadres in Area J,study the management status and loss of township teams,and strive to investigate the reasons for the loss of township cadres from the township cadres themselves,township units,local policies,institutional levels,and social levels.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The thesis is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction.It mainly introduces the background and purpose of the article research,the problem of the loss of township cadres and the current research status of team building,and explains the research content,research methods,core concepts and theoretical basis of this article.The second part introduces the basic situation and management of township cadres in J district and the current situation of the loss of township cadres.The third part introduces the reasons for the loss of township cadres in J district.Based on questionnaires and individual interviews,this part analyzes the severe situation and reasons for the loss of cadres.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems caused by the loss of township cadres.This part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of individuals,organizations,society,to reduce the scale of the loss,ensure that the normal development of the township work is not affected when the loss problem exists objectively,and maximize the stability of the township cadres.I hope to provide help and reference for other regions in dealing with the problem of the loss of township cadres,increasing the stability of township cadres,and improving the ability of cadres.
