Study On The Management Of Universal Postal Service In Qinhuangdao

According to the Postal Law of the People’s Republic of China,universal postal services refer to postal services continuously provided to all users within the People’s Republic of China at reasonable rates in accordance with the business scope and service standards set by the State.It belongs to public service and has the nature of public goods.At present,the development of universal postal services has ushered in an important period of strategic opportunities.At the same time,some deep-seated problems restricting the development of the postal industry still exist,and problems of unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable development of the industry are still prominent,which need to be continuously solved in the practice of reform and development.It is worth studying how to continuously promote the sustainable and healthy development of universal postal service,improve its guarantee capacity,optimize its development environment,improve its infrastructure construction mechanism,steadily promote the construction of its public service platform,and realize citizens’ right of universal postal service.Overview of Qinhuangdao universal postal service is more in-depth and systematic study,using literature study,investigation study method,through the use of public product theory,new public service theory,cooperative governance theory,cash and regions at home and abroad for reference,the universal postal service experience,comprehensive summary of Qinhuangdao universal postal service work present situation,analyses the deep-seated reasons which restrict the development of the universal postal service development,put forward the countermeasures for raising the level of Qinhuangdao universal postal service management.
