| As a part of our current talent reserve,foreign students in China play an unique role in the future development of our economy and culture.After clarifying the concept of the employment legal system of foreign students in China,this paper analyzes the employment law system of foreign students in China,and introduces the employment policies of some developed countries,such as the United States,Australia,etc.To explore the rationality of its system formulation and experience that can be used for reference.On the basis of the previous content,this paper probes into the principles to be adhered to in the employment legal system of foreign students in China,the legislative conflicts that need to be resolved,and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the Employment Law System in China.At present,the legal system of the employment of foreign students in China has the confusion of law application,and the subordinate law is superior to the upper law in the process of law application.Compared with other developed countries,China’s employment legal system for Chinese students is relatively conservative and vague,and many key issues are not clear and specific.Make many outstanding Chinese students after graduation in China employment difficulties,the early years will also be due to the imperfect employment legal system can not attract excellent students to study in China but also because the test system is not strictly imperfect,so that students in China to obtain employment of the quality of personnel,so improve the employment of Chinese students to the legal system has great significance.At present,China not only has relaxed the conditions for the employment of foreign students,but also need to improve the relevant labor market testing system,identity conversion system and the corresponding student visa system,so that the legal system of employment of foreign students in China more complete and meticulous to attract excellent students to China’s employment in China has a better promotion role.Prepare for future talent reserves and competition. |
