Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Youth Volunteer Service Management In Tangshan City

China Youth Volunteer Service Action was initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 1993,and has been developing for 27 years.Voluntary service is an important symbol of contemporary social civilization and progress,and an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.In the current economic and social transformation period of China,youth volunteer service has become an important component of the socialist volunteer service with Chinese characteristics,which has been widely recognized by the contemporary youth,and has presented a strong vitality and broad prospects for development.As General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out,"The Youth volunteer program in China is a major innovation made by the Communist Youth League under the leadership of our Party in the new historical conditions in the field of work and in the service of social needs." The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)mentioned the need to "promote the institutionalization of voluntary services." Youth volunteer service has a historical opportunity to flourish,but at the same time,it also faces many difficulties and challenges.With the rapid development of China’s economic and social,the youth volunteer service career many achievements at the same time,also there are some problems to be solved,such as the management system of administrative colour dense,volunteer training mechanism is not sound,imperfect incentive system problems,in this article,through field visits,discussion,and to make a comprehensive investigation,interviews and other methods,from the theoretical analysis of the youth volunteer service organization and management,operation mechanism and development direction,and combined with the actual situation of tangshan youth volunteer service activities,volunteer service at home and abroad for reference,the practical experience and management theory,through the analysis,This paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to promote the cause of youth volunteer service in Tangshan,so as to give full play to the important role of youth volunteer service innovation social governance system.
