At present,the rapid development of online car-hailing has become an indispensable part of China’s public transportation,but the rapid development of online car-hailing not only has a positive impact on the Chinese economy,but also has a negative effect,such as: occupying taxis Driver source and passenger safety are not guaranteed and the pressure on urban transportation is increased.As a tourist city in Xi’an,the huge demand for public transportation has spawned a large number of online car-hailing.The admission of online car-hailing has damaged the interests of local taxi drivers,and the contradictions continue to intensify.In 2016,taxi drivers in Xi’an took the form of a "strike" The government is required to rectify the online car-hailing market,and the government has launched the strict "Interim Measures for Xi’an Online Booking Taxi Business Service Management" to regulate the development of online car-hailing,but the effect of the "interim method" is not good,and the problem of online car-hailing supervision has been It has become one of the core issues that cannot be avoided in Xi’an urban development.The thesis starts with the basic status of car-hailing supervision in Xi’an,analyzes the problems existing in the supervision,based on the causes of the problems,and proposes optimization strategies for the causes.In general,the following core views are formed in the research process of this paper:(1)Xi’an citizens believe that The Xi’an Municipal Government has not implemented effective supervision of online car-hailing.(2)The failure to achieve effective supervision is due to the lack of regulatory resources,the vague responsibilities of various regulatory bodies,the harsh access standards and the lack of relevant regulatory laws and regulations.(3)The causes of the above problems lie in the outdated ideas of Xi’an government supervision,backward regulatory laws and regulations,slow transformation of government functions and overlapping functions of government agencies.(4)Based on the causes,the paper believes that the Xi’an Municipal Government should perfect the supervision concept,perfect the supervision regulations,optimize the supervision mechanism and improve the guarantee system.
