Research On The Duty Crime Of Village Cadres Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is pointed out that solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers should be the top priority of the whole Party’s work and the strategy of Rural Revitalization should be implemented.To realize the rural revitalization,we must promote the rural governance,and the key to improve the rural governance ability is to cultivate a high-quality,strong ability working team.As the grass-roots force of rural work,the importance of village cadres is self-evident.However,in recent years,the frequent job-related crimes among village cadres not only affect the group image of rural cadres,reduce the rural governance capacity and governance effectiveness,but also slow down the process of building a new socialist countryside,and hinder the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The author believes that in addition to strengthening the crackdown on the village cadres;duty crimes,we should also deeply analyze the causes and explore the corresponding preventive countermeasures,so as to ensure the integrity and combat effectiveness of rural cadres as far as possible.In this regard,the author takes Z County of a province in Central China as an analysis sample,makes statistics on the situation of village cadres duty crimes from 2015 to 2019,and based on these cases and relevant data,analyzes the current situation and characteristics of village cadres duty crimes,and then expounds the harm of duty crimes from the aspects of politics,society and economy;from personal quality,management system,supervision and restriction,social factors In order to better build the rural cadre team,further improve the rural governance system,strengthen the flesh and blood ties between the party and the masses,and better implement the township Village revitalization strategy.
