Research On Strengthening The Leadership Of Ideological Work Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

Ideological work is the ideological guarantee to lead the people’s thoughts,gather consensus and unite social forces.As the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Communist Party of China is charged with the important mission of maintaining the national ideological security.The extreme importance of ideological work is the correct research and judgment made by the party according to the new situation,which not only clarifies the development direction of the ideological work of the party,but also further emphasizes the comprehensive leadership of the ideological work of the party.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ideological work has been faced with new risks and challenges.It is necessary to firmly grasp the leadership of ideological work.The Communist Party of China should strengthen ideological theoretical innovation,summarize practical experience of ideological work,cultivate professional ideological work team,improve the system and mechanism of ideological work,and deepen the construction of leadership of ideological work of the Communist Party of China.Strengthening the leadership of the Communist Party of China in ideological work is conducive to the consolidation of ideological security,the adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the consolidation of the party’s ruling position,the cohesion of social consensus and the harmonious development of society.To realize the leadership of the party’s ideological work is the need of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the need of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.First of all,the paper investigates the practice of the party’s strengthening the leadership of ideological work in the new era,focusing on four aspects of the party’s political leadership,ideological leadership,organizational leadership and team leadership in ideological work.Secondly,the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the party in strengthening the leadership of ideological work in the new era,mainly from three aspects: the weakening of the party’s leadership of ideological work,the lack of effective supervision of the network,and the increasing infiltration of Western ideology.Finally,by analyzing the existing problems in the field of ideology,the paper discusses from five aspects that the party should strengthen the study,research and propaganda of Marxism,grasp the key minority and the vast majority of ideology,carry out active ideological struggle,control and manage the network,improve the network supervision system,strengthen the construction and management of ideological positions,and strengthen the management for the new era The party puts forward countermeasures for the leadership of ideological work.
