Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Model Education Of Young Pioneers In The New Age

Example education plays an irreplaceable role in shaping values and developing behavior.With our country entering a new era,the popularization of Internet information technology and the diversity of people’s value orientation,the role model education of children and young people is facing new challenges,vulnerable to the impact of injustice,vulgar values,appear distortion phenomenon,so that the development of role model education into a difficult situation.For the purpose of further understanding the present situation of the Young Pioneers’ role model education in the new era,this study takes three primary schools in C city as an example,carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview to some Young Pioneers and Young Pioneers counselors,analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in the Young Pioneers’ role model education on the basis of collecting data and written materials,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures.The results of the survey are as follows: First,the young pioneers who have served as cadres of the Young Pioneers and the young pioneers who have won the honor of the Young Pioneers have achieved better role model education than other young pioneers in general.Second,role model selection,the Young Pioneers look forward to their own choice of role models," idols " become their main choice.The reason why young pioneers choose role models is that they have the qualities of truth,goodness and beauty rather than "good academic performance ".Third,the role model education activities,schools mostly use the traditional media,learning and thinking as the main content,in addition,the Young Pioneers said that the theme of role model education activities are not high frequency.Fourth,the recognition of role model education,young pioneers have a high recognition of role models,but they have a dialectical view of the practice of role model behavior in daily life.Young Pioneers to the role model education activities content,the way of basic recognition,but also look forward to outdoor role model education activities.Young Pioneers counselors and Young Pioneers both indicated that role model education activities should be more abundant,reducing formalized,performing activities.Fifth,the influence degree of role model education,young pioneers recognized that role models have demonstration,incentive,guidance role,but its behavior practice still needs to fall to the ground further.According to the survey results,it is found that the Young Pioneers choose to favor "idols ",the initiative of learning mainstream role models is not strong,the content of role model education activities is monotonous,the attraction is insufficient,the implementation frequency of role model educationactivities is low,the behavior practice of students is ignored,the Young Pioneers’ willingness to participate is reduced,the sense of belonging is not strong,the counselors’ understanding is not clear,and the role model education work state is negative.Finally,in order to achieve the goal of making the role model education of the Young Pioneers have good results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the promotion of the concept of example education,the optimization of the content of example education,the innovation of the way of example education,and the efforts made by educators to follow the example education.Children and adolescents need to be accompanied by role model education in their development.Especially in the new era,the role model education of the Young Pioneers should integrate the traditional role model education resources with the modern role model education resources,grasp the theoretical guidance based on the realization of Chinese Dream,the socialist core values and the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and construct the media bridge of intelligent technology and information media to protect the healthy and all-round development of the Young Pioneers.
