Research On Intellectual Property Protection Under The "One Belt And One Road" Initiative

In the process of jointly building the belt and road,the participating countries are facing more and more intellectual property problems.The important role of the intellectual property system in guiding,promoting and protecting the belt and road initiative has been widely recognized.The establishment of an international exchange mechanism for intellectual property protection and sharing is an important work to optimize the participation of "one belt and one road" in building a good international business environment.Although China continues to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights system construction,but to promote along the countries and relevant international organizations to protect intellectual property rights,is a system to study the major issue.On the basis of learning and understanding the existing academic achievements,this paper reviews and summarizes the existing intellectual property rights system of countries along the belt and road,relevant regional international organizations and China,with a view to promoting the protection of intellectual property rights in the countries and regions along the belt and road as the guidance,focusing on discussing the existing problems and suggestions on improving the protection of intellectual property rights in the countries and regions along the belt and road.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly analyzes the current situation of intellectual property protection under the belt and road initiative,and highlights the necessity of intellectual property protection.The second part introduces the construction of intellectual property system in the belt and road countries and regions.The third part introduces the challenges of intellectual property protection under the belt and road initiative.The fourth part is the suggestion of improving the intellectual property protection measures under the belt and road initiative.Under the belt and road initiative,intellectual property protection is confronted with the problems of unbalanced level of intellectual property protection in countries along the belt and road,lack of intellectual property dispute settlement mechanism,incomplete intellectual property information platform,weak awareness of intellectual property protection among enterprises and difficulties in safeguarding intellectual property rights overseas.Face above the protection of intellectual property rights issues,the author puts forward through strengthening the construction of the ipr cooperation of countries along the mechanism,building intellectual property dispute settlement mechanisms,strengthening intellectual property information platform construction,promoting enterprises to strengthen intellectual property rights overseas layout and building the international intellectual property rights protection aid system,to improve the "area" all the way along the country’s intellectual property protection level.
