A Study On The Construction Of Political Culture Within The Party In The New Era

Since the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important expositions on the construction of Inner-Party Political culture.At the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,he first put forward the scientific proposition of Inner-Party Political Culture construction.In the report of the Nineteenth Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has accurately defined the core content of Inner-Party Political culture.Based on the current era issues and historical mission facing our party.Strengthening the political culture within the Party is the inevitable requirement for our Party to create a good governing environment and purify the political ecology within the Party.It is also the theme of the new great project of promoting the Party’s construction in the new era.This article is divided into four parts to analyze and discuss the political and cultural construction within the Party.The first part,starting from the concept of intra-Party political culture,discusses the connotation of political culture and the concept of intra-Party political culture of the Communist Party of China.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical sources of intra-Party political culture,this paper reviews the historical development of intra-Party political culture in four historical stages.It further summarizes the characteristics of political culture within the Party.The second part discusses and analyses the realistic problems faced by the construction of Inner-Party Political culture,thus confirming the epochal significance of the construction of Inner-Party Political culture.In the third part,the author logically combs the thinking of the construction of Inner-Party Political culture.First of all,we should put the party’s political construction in the first place,regard the construction of the party’s ruling ability as the main line of the construction of Inner-Party Political culture,take the construction of service-oriented ruling party as the foundation,serve as the engine of the construction of Inner-Party Political culture,and take the construction of the party’s style as the key to the construction of Inner-Party Political culture.The fourth part,according to the previous analysis and demonstration,explores the path of Inner-Party Political and cultural construction in the new era,strengthens the construction of Inner-Party Political and cultural,strengthens the education of ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres to supplement the spirit of calcium,adheres to the correct orientation of personnel selection,corrects the pursuit of Party members,strengthens the efforts of anti-corruption and honesty,promotes self-purification of Party members,and adheres to the ideological and institutional building of the Party.Frequency resonance holds the bottom line.By constantly recognizing and deepening the practice and development direction of CPC’s Inner-Party Political culture,we can reveal and grasp the rule of CPC’s long-term ruling and the construction rule of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provide rich cultural connotation for CPC’s ruling and rejuvenating the country.
