Research On The Responsibility Of Leading Cadres In Colleges And Universities

Under the new situation,higher education plays an important role in national development and construction.Colleges and universities have become an important base for training talents for national construction.The quality of university construction is related to the future of the country and the national cause.Leading cadres in Colleges and universities are the backbone and backbone to promote the development of the party’s education.They shoulder the important task of training socialist builders and successors who are developing morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and laboriously.It is an important guarantee to promote the reform and development of China’s higher education.It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of leading cadres’ sense of responsibility.The implementation of the education policy of moral education in Colleges and universities is inseparable from the work of leading cadres who are committed,responsible,dedicated and try their best.Therefore,it is urgent to study the responsibility of leaders in Colleges and universities.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction mainly discusses the reason and significance of the topic,research status,research methods,innovation and shortcomings,which lays the foundation for the thesis writing.The text includes the following four aspects:Firstly,this paper briefly discusses the concept of university leading cadres,the concept of university leaders’ responsibility and the basic content of university leaders’ responsibility,and expounds the significance of strengthening the responsibility of university leading cadres for higher education and social development.Secondly,it discusses the ideological and theoretical basis of the responsibility of leading cadres in Colleges and universities from three aspects: Marx and Engels and Lenin,the leaders of the Communist Party of China and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire and interview,the paper comprehensively understands the current situation of university leaders’ responsibility,and introduces the implementation process of questionnaire survey and interview survey.Fourthly,the paper expounds the problems existing in the responsibility of leading cadres in Colleges and universities.According to the results of the investigation and research,there are four aspects: lack of sense of responsibility,lack of ability to bear responsibility,incomplete implementation of responsibility and lack of strict discipline.At the same time,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the responsibility of leading cadres in Colleges and universities,which mainly include four aspects: the shaking of ideals and beliefs,the ambiguity of the original intention and mission,the formalism of bureaucracy,and the loss of discipline bottom line.Fifthly,in view of the problems and reasons existing in the responsibility of leading cadres in Colleges and universities,this paper makes some suggestions on the countermeasures.It mainly includes: adhere to the normalization of the original mission education,improve the ability of university leaders to take responsibility,and promote the construction of the system and mechanism of university leaders’ responsibility.The conclusion part summarizes the existing problems and difficulties in the current research,and points out the direction for further research in the future.
