Research On The Way To Cultivate Youth Labor Spirit In The New Era

Labor is a source of wealth and a source of happiness.Historically,labor has been the basic prerequisite for the existence and development of human society,and it has created everything for humans and human society.The labor spirit is people’s positive value orientation and emotional will to work,it is people’s perception of the value of work,and it is the attitude,concept and spirit of each person in labor in order to create a better life.The history of the development of human society is a history of the labor of the people.In all historical periods in China,the people have worked hard.It can be seen that the labor spirit is the spirit that a qualified worker should possess.Young people are the builders and successors of the future socialism with Chinese characteristics,the main force for building a Modern Socialist China,and the hope for the Chinese Dream of national renewal.Strengthening the cultivation of youth labor spirit is the basic requirement for comprehensively implementing the Party’s education policy,it is an important content to implement the fundamental tasks of foster virtue through education,and it is an effective way to cultivating and observing core socialist values.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that it is necessary to promote the spirit of labor among students and to cultivate the spirit of labor as an important content of cultivating socialist builders and successors.This fully shows that it is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of young people’s labor spirit in the new era,and can promote young people to become selfsupporting laborers and fighters of the Chinese Dream in the new era.This article is guided by Marxist labor concept and Xi Jinping’s thoughts on youth education,according to the development requirements of the new era,from the connotation of labor,labor spirit,labor education,and starting from the internal logic,it conducts an in-depth analysis and research on the inherent requirements and significance of the youth labor spirit cultivation in the new era.This article combined with questionnaire surveys and interviews of different groups of young people,to deeply understand the current situation of the cultivation of young people’s labor spirit,and analyze the problems faced by the society,school,family and youth in the cultivation of youth labor spirit,and their reasons.Therefore,the path of nurturing youth labor spirit in the new era is proposed,including social support,school support,family support and self-support for strengthening youth labor spirit cultivation.
