Today in the 21 st century, the proportion of the elderly continues to expand, and the number of children and grandchildren is gradually reduced. The issue of elderly care for the elderly has become an important problem, while the rural married women still bear the ideological and practical aspects of elderly care.An important role has restrained their participation in non-agricultural employment. The pressure of non-agricultural employment of rural married women and family restrictions have made non-agricultural employment positions and unemployment rates have been declining and cannot survive long-term stability.Nowadays, with the accelerated pace of poverty alleviation,it is imperative for rural married women to eliminate poverty and achieve gender equality.Women have played a "half-the-sky role" in China’s poverty reduction. It is necessary to continuously promote non-agricultural employment of married women in rural areas and improve their family’s financial support capabilities.Based on this, this article uses China Health and Nutrition Survey data, referred to as CHNS in English.Due to the particularity of this article,it is selected from 2015cross-sectional data, using OLS least squares regression and Heckman two-stage estimation method, according to a certain number of The amount of data focuses on the specific analysis of the impact on non-agricultural employment, especially based on the obstacles brought about by the time of non-agricultural employment, the distance of employment, and the income from employment, and on this,it examines the care of rural elderly groups.Responsibilities, and then release the established nature and importance of rural married women’s responsibilities. For rural married women aged 18-52,they will improve their own skills and their ability to communicate with each other outside the family.Employment opportunities not only provide support for the family’s economy, but more importantly,it provides good opportunities for the realization of their own values and the harmony of the family atmosphere. The research in this article shows that elderly care has a significant impact on the non-agricultural employment of married women in rural areas, but it is no longer obvious under the influence of other control variables, but it may affect the time, income and distance of non-agricultural employment. The impact is as follows:(1)Elderly care has no obvious effect on the non-agricultural employment time of married women in rural areas. The non-agricultural employment time of married women in rural areas is not restricted by the elderly care and the elderly care market, but is affected by their educational level and their own chronic diseases.Generally speaking, the higherthe literacy level, the shorter the time for not taking care of the elderly or participating in the elderly care.(2)Elderly care has a significant impact on the income of rural married women from non-agricultural employment.Carrying out elderly care, and the longer the elderly care, the greater the impact on the non-agricultural employment income of married women in rural areas, the less income, and vice versa. The husband’s salary and the rural married women who use the Internet have a direct impact on rural married women’s non-agricultural employment income, and even play a decisive role.Taking care of children under the age of 6 will also affect their non-agricultural employment income. The level of education is a factor that determines the level of wage income on their own conditions. The higher the education level, the greater the chance of obtaining high income.(3)Elderly care has a certain impact on the distance of non-agricultural employment of married women in rural areas. The main manifestation is that the elderly care has a significant impact on it,which is only significant at the 0.1 level. When taking care of the elderly, the distance between rural married women and the place of work is farther,it is likely that elderly care encourages them to participate in non-agricultural employment, and distance has not become the main consideration.Similarly, the husband’s salary and education level have an impact on the distance of non-agricultural employment, and under certain circumstances, the distance of rural married women to work.
