With the further deepening of artificial intelligence in modern society and the further promotion of the reform of the prison system,the requirements for prison police are getting higher and higher.In the process of professional development,prison police are affected by various factors and are faced with various difficulties,which have seriously affected the professional development of prison inspection.In the face of the professional dilemma of the prison police,the prison system should start from the management system,system and methods,and at the same time seek active innovation to solve the professional development dilemma of the prison police as far as possible.if there is no effective solution to the dilemma of the professional development of the prison police,on the one hand,it will affect the long-term professional development of the prison police,on the other hand,it will make the prison system brain drain,turnover rate,human resources management into a dilemma.This paper will analyze and study the plight of the professional development of the people’s police in L Prison in G Province from five aspects: first,the introduction expounds the research background,significance,ideas and methods of the prison police in recent years,and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad;second,the basic theories and related concepts used in this paper are defined,such as two-factor theory and expectation theory.Third,the analysis of the current situation of the professional development of prison guards in L prison;fourth,the analysis of the dilemma problems and causes in the professional development of the people’s police in L prison,the problems are divided into five categories,the reason is that according to the problems are summarized into three categories: organizational reasons,social reasons,personal reasons;fifth,according to the exposition of theproblems,the analysis of the reasons put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper analyzes the predicament of the professional development of the people’s police in L prison in G province by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and so on.In the course of the study,it is found that the people’s police in L prison lack of trust in each other,have a low sense of professional identity,need to improve their working ability and comprehensive quality,lack of work enthusiasm,high work pressure and so on.The reasons behind these problems: the prison system does not combine organizational development with personal development,insufficient human resources management in the prison system,unreasonable performance appraisal in the prison system,imperfect occupational security system in the prison system,deviations and misunderstandings in the public’s understanding of the prison people’s police,individual prison police officers do not have a clear career development plan,do not adapt to the working environment,Personal comprehensive quality and ability cannot meet the complex and changeable work needs,personal work enthusiasm is low and so on.Through the analysis of the reasons,it is put forward that the prison system should establish and improve the prison police career development planning system,improve the prison promotion assessment system and career security system,expand the prison police professional development channels,enhance the sense of professional identity,improve personal comprehensive quality and ability and other countermeasures and suggestions,to provide some reference value for L prison to solve the dilemma of prison police professional development.
