Studies On The Selection Of Judges In A City Under The Background Of Post System Reform

With the gradual development of the current judicial reform represented by the Judicial System for Special Numbered of Personal,how to select the special numbered of judges from the original ranks of judges has become the key to the reform.For selected conforms to the reform target,for its judge the special numbered of judges,it can speed up the construction standardization,professionalization of judge process,improve the quality of the judge,achieve fairness and justice,the judgement set up the judicial authority,and stable social order,and as a"key" to promote the smooth progress in the reform,solve the judge team issues of good and evil people mixed up,judicial corruption,the referee injustice.Under this background,using feedback theory,human resources acquisition theory,collective action theory,through the method of literature research and field research,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of the selection of judges in A city.It is found that there are many problems in the selection,for example,the selection process is not fair enough,the standard is not scientific enough,the way is not fair and so on.The reasons for these problems are pointed out,such as the lack of detailed rules of selection scheme and the tendency of selection rules to take care of special groups and so on.The author thinks that the selection of post system judges should carry out the reform goal of enriching high-quality talents to the trial line,establish a reasonable selection mode,formulate a scientific selection standard and do a good job in placating the judges who fail to be elected.
