Study On The Construction Of Beautiful Country With Chinese Characteristics

China has a large agricultural population and a large rural area,and agriculture is in a basic position in the national economy.Solving agriculture,rural areas and farmers is an important task to realizing socialist modernization.To achieve modernization,China must have agricultural modernization;to build a beautiful China,we must accelerate the construction of beautiful countryside.Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee proposed the "Construction of Beautiful countryside",the practice of the construction of beautiful countryside has entered a period of rapid development.In practice,many typical successful examples have emerged,and the construction of beautiful countryside has achieved remarkable results.Under the guidance of the country,Jiangjiadian Township in Saihanba area is also committed to the construction of beautiful countryside,and has made certain achievements,but at the same time,there are also some problems and deficiencies to be solved.The first part of this paper summarizes the basic theory of the construction of beautiful countryside,namely,Marxist rural construction thought and the thought of ecological civilization construction of China,including the ideological achievements of Marx,Engels and Chinese leaders,as the theoretical basis of this paper.The Second part of this paper is the main part of this article.Using the field investigation method,we investigated the achievements in the construction of beautiful countryside of Jiangjiadian Township in Saihanba,which is mainly manifested by the government’s policies to connect the construction of beautiful countryside,pay attention to infrastructure construction and promoting the development of rural tourism,and affirmed the achievements in the construction of beautiful countryside in Jiangjiadian Township.It summarizes the successful experience of building beautiful countryside in Jiangjiadian Township,namely,the government strengthens guidance and respects the main position of farmers,takes measures according to local conditions,respects regional differences,gives priority to ecology,and respects natural law;at the same time,the enlightenment and promotion value of beautiful countryside construction are expounded.Using the survey results,identify problems and deficiencies in the construction of Jiangjiadian Village,focusing on single industrial structure,rural pollution,village environment to be treated,the rural construction to be strengthened,lack of social governance,sound management system,low peasant income and improved living standards.The third part of the above problems,from the actual situation of Jiangjiadian Township,put forward the corresponding solution measures.From the two aspects of overall requirements and basic ways,promote the prosperity of rural industry,create an ecological livable countryside,strengthen the construction of rural civilization,comprehensively promote effective governance and create a better and rich life,so as to realize the goal of beautiful industrial,environment,culture,governance and life of Jiangjiadian Township.
