Nowadays,the state vigorously carries out the optimization of business environment and tax service.The work content of civil servants in the tax system is increasingly various,and the work requirements are increasingly heavy.In the new era,there are new requirements for the work ability and efficiency of civil servants in the tax bureau.Performance management,as the most effective management mode of civil servants in the tax bureau,plays an important role in strengthening the work ability of civil servants in the tax bureau and improving the work efficiency of civil servants.As a direct service system for taxpayers in the national tax system,the performance management of county-level tax bureaus seriously affects the service effect of taxpayers in the tax system.Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is necessary to explore the performance management of civil servants in county-level tax bureau from the perspective of civil servants in tax bureau.This paper takes the performance management of Tax Bureau in t County of Q city as the research object.Firstly,it comprehensively introduces the research status of civil servant performance management in tax bureau at home and abroad,and makes a more specific and in-depth summary of the existing research results.Secondly,through consulting the relevant literature on performance management research methods at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant research results,and makes in-depth exploration on the applicability of various methods,and then selects the Balanced Scorecard as the theoretical basis of performance management of T County Tax Bureau in Q city.Then,using the mature scale of previous scholars for reference,this paper designs the performance management evaluation index system of this paper.With the help of SPSS data analysis software,this paper processes the data of 82 valid questionnaires collected through the questionnaire star platform to form the performance management evaluation index system of T County Tax Bureau of Q City,and analyzes the current situation of the performance management of T County Tax Bureau of Q city according to the performance plan and performance guidance Performance evaluation,performance feedback four dimensions.Finally,according to the performance management evaluation results of T County Tax Bureau,combined with the performance management objectives and future development trend of T County Tax Bureau,this paper analyzes the problems existing in each link from performance guidance,performance plan,plan assessment,performance feedback and other aspects,and puts forward improvement plans,so as to realize the overall performance management optimization.
