Design And Implementation Of A Fine-grained Information System For Community Governance In Megacity

In recent years,the refinement of community governance has become the key direction of social governance.In the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,communities are the first line of defense,and community barriers play an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19.At the same time,community governance at the grassroots level is still under great pressure.There are problems such as lack of professional ability,lack of service effect,lack of residents’ sense of happiness and lack of science and technology support services.Urban and rural community is the basic unit of social governance,and large urban communities,the difficulty and pain points of social governance,this study applies the intelligent community governance,based on the grid into,build a set of based on the data analysis of large urban community the elaborating management information system,make"online stairdoor" model,in stair-door,building,Do small things not out of the building,big things not out of the community.This thesis designs and realizes the elaborating management information system,a large urban community by building streets,communities,community,stair-door level 4 governance system,grid management unit of the fine to the stair-door,will online community service,intelligent,for residents,grid member(stair-door long),and community workers to provide easy to use,efficient information platform.Through the function of "discussion",the platform realizes the online discussion of the building door,and achieves the community co-governance atmosphere where everyone participates in the discussion.Through the "report" function to build a full function report processing system,to make the community report to respond to the needs of the matter,must respond to the matter;Through the function of"handling affairs”,it realizes the online handling of affairs at the community level,and creates "AI online whole social worker,to provide residents with intimate online consultation and handling services of government affairs.Through the function of "My Community" to create community information flow,design the activity registration and checkin record system based on QR code;Through the "Friendly Neighbors" to build a real-time order issuing,order receiving,reward order,evaluation system for living needs,the background also integrates rich data collection and processing functions,through the design of user portrait analysis algorithm,to provide data support for levering community governance.The innovation of this thesis lies in the construction of a wholeline refined community governance platform for the community,which solves the problems of large working pressure,low service efficiency and low satisfaction of grass-roots community in megacity cities.The system has been recognized by many grass-roots governments and streets.Before development,the author after a long time a large number of field survey on community needs analysis and functional design,and the feasibility of the experimental system in different platform carrier,in system design stage for community residents,social workers and jurisdiction enterprise demand has carried on the corresponding functional design,and further enhance user portrait algorithm combining with the system of intelligent,The system as a whole has the characteristics of smooth operation,strong robustness and smooth user experience,which has played a great role in solving the problem of fine community governance.
