Studies Of The Reform Of Administrative Approval In Dandong

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new government has comprehensively promoted a new round of administrative examination and approval system reform with the theme of " Streamline Administration,Delegate Power,Strengthen Regulation " in order to accelerate the transformation of government functions,fully stimulate market vitality and build a clean government.Governments at all levels responded positively to the requirements and adopted a series of reform measures,which achieved positive results,greatly alleviated the institutional constraints of the traditional administrative examination and approval system on economic development,and effectively stimulated the vitality of the market.Dandong has greatly improved the efficiency by adopting reform measures such as simplifying government and decentralizing power,optimizing process and combining release and management.However,with the deepening of the reform,some difficulties and problems have gradually emerged,especially in the grass-roots government,these problems are more prominent and obvious.Taking Dandong City as an example,the new round of administrative examination and approval reform in Dandong City is not thorough,and many measures have not achieved the desired results.Such as unequal acceptance of decentralization,inadequate implementation of post-event supervision responsibilities,poor inter-departmental information,lack of effective supervision mechanism,etc.According to the principle of simplifying government and decentralizing power,we still need to deepen the reform by optimizing laws and regulations,improving service performance and improving the working mechanism after the event.This paper mainly adopts scientific research methods such as participatory observation,literature research and interview research.Firstly,it analyses the related concepts of administrative examination and approval,lays the theoretical foundation of the paper research,including the related concepts of administrative examination and approval,Government performance evaluation theory,and so on.Then it analyzes deeply about the reasons of the problems of the reform and gives the suggestions for deepening the reform of Dandong City.
