Research On The Current Situation,dilemma And Development Path Of Land Saving Ecological Burial In Yinchuan City

With the rapid development of our society and the rapid increase of population,land resources are more and more tense,and funeral land is also increasingly tight.Since ancient times,China has attached great importance to funerals,and the large-scale funeral has had a serious negative impact on the social atmosphere.At the same time,the reform and development of funeral industry need to be close to the direction of land saving and eco-friendly.In recent years,Yinchuan city has experienced the initial development of saving land ecological burial,and explored the use of Yellow River burial,saving land lawn burial and deep burial of ashes,and achieved good results.But even so,the work of land saving and ecological burial in Yinchuan city is advancing slowly,showing a situation of "ecological tombs"being ignored,and "green funeral" being difficult to implement.The reasons for the problems lie in the solidification of public ideas,the difficulty in changing the old customs,the imperfect coordination mechanism,the imperfect laws and regulations,the weak supervision means,the lack of planning for the development of the industry,and the low level of industry services,which are difficult to satisfy the public,The implementation of green funeral lacks integration.This paper first explains the connotation and related theory of saving land ecological burial,and analyzes the current situation and problems of saving land ecological burial in Yinchuan city through literature research and investigation.Referring to the domestic and foreign laws and regulations,system policies,supervision and management and standardized services,this paper puts forward countermeasures for promoting green funeral and accelerating the promotion of land saving ecological funeral in Yinchuan city.It is necessary to reform the management system,build a diversified governance pattern,stimulate market vitality,speed up the construction of relevant infrastructure,implement supporting systems,optimize service quality,and strengthen publicity and incentive.It is necessary to establish the concept of collaborative governance and pool the power of the government,industry,and the public.
