Study On Intelligent Urban Management Construction

As a brand-new urban development ecology,smart city integrates information resources and overall business into a complete and systematic application system through the comprehensive application of modern science and technology,provides scientific decision-making in urban planning,construction,management,operation and service,promotes the development of new urbanization with high quality and enhances the cultural connotation of the city.The construction of smart city is a new development mode based on the combination of national policy and government demand,and it is the inevitable choice of national urban modernization development.As an important part of smart city construction,smart city management aims to solve some problems that must exist in the process of urban construction and development before,such as unbalanced development,various urban diseases and so on,so as to finally let citizens get a green,healthy and comfortable living environment.Hangzhou is the capital city of Zhejiang Province.Shangcheng district is also the center of business,tourism,culture and innovation of Hangzhou.It is the first place in the country to start the operation of smart city management with developed economy and social construction.Meanwhile,it has made a series of achievements in the construction of smart city management.This paper closely combines the construction of smart city management in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou City,using literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,empirical analysis and other methods to conduct in-depth research and exploration.This paper gives priority to the research background and significance of the paper,and discusses the basic concepts and related theories.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of smart city management construction in Shangcheng District,including:construction background,development process,and practical achievements.Then,combined with the appeal theory,it combs out the problems existing in the construction of smart city management in Shangcheng District,Hangzhou,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,it tries to learn from the experience of successful smart city management projects at home and abroad,supplemented by visits to grass-roots workers and citizens Finally,it summarizes the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the achievements of Shangcheng District in the operation of smart city management in recent years,refines its successful experience,finds its shortcomings,and makes the construction of smart city management in Shangcheng District rank first in China and even in the world with the help of its first mover advantages.As a reference for successful experience,it aims to make an important demonstration for comprehensively deepening the construction of smart city and smart city management in all parts of the country Righteousness.
