Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Unit System Community Governance

The unit-based community,also known as the unit-type community,it is a special type of community in our country.It is generally established by state-owned enterprises or institutions in the early stage of construction to create living conditions for the employees of the unit.The unit is responsible for the specific affairs of the resident’s lives in the community.This type of community is an important part of the type of community in our country,As the country’s requirements for the reform of state-owned enterprises are increasing,speeding up the stripping of corporate social functions has become a requirement of the new era,and Chinese society has also undergone transformation.The development direction of unit-based communities is very important,and the public functions assumed by the original units in the community have begun.Transferred to society,The unit-based community governance becomes more difficult,The conflict in community governance has become very acute.Due to the governance bodies involved in community governance are diversified,the problem becomes very complicated.Community governance is not only related to the daily life of residents,but also related to the harmonious development of the city and social stability.Based on the comprehensive research on the unit system community at home and abroad,this paper has made a simple sorting of unit system and community governance,and selected unit system Z communities with multiple different development stages as the research object,and put the unit system community in the unit system community.Governance issues in various development stages are covered.This paper conducts research through field investigations and questionnaire surveys,and investigates the four aspects of community residents’ awareness,satisfaction,participation,and standardization of community governance,and finds that the current The problems existing in community governance,summarize these problems,analyze the causes and study the corresponding countermeasures,and provide a theoretical basis for promoting community autonomy and building a harmonious community.
