Moral Review Of Cyber Violence

With the continuous development of information technology,people’s material and cultural life is constantly enriched,and the network has become an important way for people to carry out social life.However,more and more network violence phenomenon appears frequently,which brings disharmony to people’s life.Under the guidance of Marxist philosophy,combined with the research results of psychology,sociology and other disciplines,this paper makes a moral analysis of the phenomenon of network violence.Cyber violence is a kind of public opinion violence that the victim’s words and deeds attract the attention of others,and people express their views through the Internet media to condemn and attack the victim.It presents three characteristics:Based on the Internet,targeted mental attack and extensive participation.In form,it is represented by ideographic writing,audio-visual image and predictable holographic virtual.The reason for its emergence is caused by the joint action of three aspects:the social factor,the network environment factor and the human factor.Its formation and development process should go through three process:initiation,expansion and disappear.This paper holds that network violence is a kind of public opinion,its external moral behavior symbol is moral evaluation,but it is a kind of behavior that violates the right of moral evaluation;its individual internal ethical deconstruction is a leap over the limit of freedom;network violence constitutes arbitrary moral kidnapping,To impose moral coercion on others under the pressure of public opinion,which violates the requirements of socialist core values,It is a kind of malignant behavior.The effect of network violence is that its function of public opinion will play a certain role in supervising the development of society,but at the same time,it intensifies social contradictions,harms the psychology of victims,reduces the self-identity of attackers,and weakens the moral practice ability of onlookers.Finally,it discusses how to regulate cyber violence.It is a systematic project to deal with cyber violence,and it needs to build a comprehensive governance system.We should start from three aspects:the rectification of the network level needs to strengthen the control of the media platform,the establishment of Internet users supervision mechanism;On the individual side,we should enhance personal moral cultivation,construct network moral norms and promote moral education;At the social level,we should strengthen economic and cultural development,improve legislation,impartially administer justice,and give full play to the power of administrative means.
