Research On The Core Socialist Values And Its Cultivation

In the history,different hierarchies have put forward and cultivated social core values in line with the interests of their own groups,in order to build up social consensus and regulate social members.Important historical events such as the collapse of the Soviet Union and the dramatic changes in Eastern Europe in the modern and contemporary age all show this truth: Firstly,a single growth rate is not enough to ensure a regime’s long-term stability.Economic indicators can only reflect the partial condition of social development,and its realization does not mean the complete solution of social problems.Secondly,when a country’s political power breaks down,those ominous signs will appear earlier in the field of thought,which are mainly manifested as the loss of core social values.In this sense,it is imperative to actively cultivate and practice socialist core values.It is an inherent requirement for sticking to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It not only points out the correct development direction for socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also provides a value basis for the system design,policies and laws making from the perspective of value.Therefore,the Communist Party of China has explored unremittingly for the construction of the socialist value system.The concept of the socialist core value system is put forward for the first time in the sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.The core socialist values put forward in the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China fully reflects the Chinese Communists’ mature understanding of strengthening of the core socialist values system.It is a major theoretical innovation made by our Party in the process of practice.In China today,in face of China’s diversified ideas under the reform and opening up as well as the dramatic transformation,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values become the urgent task in China.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the healthy development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The paper mainly focuses on the topic of cultivation and practice of socialist core values.It consists of five parts including introduction and main body.The introduction gives a brief overview of the background,significance and research status of the topic,and makes a brief description of the research ideas,methods,key and difficulties points as well as innovations of the paper.The first part is the definition of relevant concepts.Before the research of this topic,the concept of values,social values and socialist core values should be scientifically defined in order to provide theoretical support for the research of this topic.The second part is the formation and exploration of socialist core value system and core values.On the basis of excavating and sorting out the precious ideological resources contained in the traditional Chinese values and the continuous exploration and development of the socialist value system by successive Chinese Communists,the historical origin,development process and important content of the socialist core values is explained scientifically in this paper.The third part is the current situation of the cultivation of socialist core values.At the same time of objective analysis of the current situation of China’s cultivation,the practical difficulties and causes of the problems during the cultivation process are deeply analyzed.The fourth part is the realistic path to further cultivate and practice socialist core values.Through strengthening the cultivation and practice of organizational leadership,publicity and education of socialist core values,integrating them into the whole process of national education and implementing the practice of economic development and social governance,then all the Chinese people can accept it.
