As an important component of China’s administrative organs,the statistical system is a working institution that controls statistics and national economic accounting.It forecasts,analyzes,feeds back and supervises the current situation of various fields of China’s national economy,science and technology,and social development through professional statistics.The establishment of a high quality statistics team,to adapt to the new situation,the new requirements,for the country to train more statistics personnel seems to be imminent.In this paper,based on the 2018-2022 national cadre education training plan deployment and national cadre education training work conference spirit,combining the reality of X province bureau of statistics,the current situation and problems of X province bureau of civil servants training were analyzed,and put forward effective feasible countermeasures and Suggestions,and fundamentally improve the civil servants training effect and quality,so as to improve the whole qualities and comprehensive strength of statistical system of civil servants.On the basis of human capital theory,adult learning theory and competency theory,this paper carries out research on the training of civil servants in the Bureau of Statistics of X Province.From the survey and analysis results,combined with the research results at home and abroad,through a large number of literature,the following problems are found in the current X Provincial Bureau of Statistics: First,lack of flexibility in training;Second,the training opportunities are not balanced;Third,the training of teachers to be improved;Fourth,the effectiveness of training evaluation is insufficient;Fifth,the training incentive mechanism is not sufficient.The main reasons are as follows: First,the training concept is outdated and lagging behind;Second,lack of research on training needs;Third,insufficient training fund support;The fourth is the lack of attention to training.On this basis,combined with the relevant experience of civil servant training in China’s statistical system,including Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Shanghai City and Henan Province,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for X Provincial Bureau of Statistics to strengthen and optimize the training of civil servants.First,strengthen the innovation of training content and methods;Second,scientific training needs analysis;Thirdly,improve the training resource base of civil servants;Fourth,improve the operation mechanism of civil servant training.I hope this paper can provide feasible opinions and suggestions for the training of the Bureau of Statistics of X Province and promote the training work to a certain extent...
