Research On The Construction Of Shandong Government Service Platform Under The Background Of "Internet Plus"

In recent years,governments at all levels have fully learned from the experience of domestic and foreign government service platform construction,combined with the actual situation in China and other provinces,actively explore the new mode of network social management service with public participation.Governments make fully use of the internet and mobile internet application platform to accelerate the development and construction of new media for government affairs to promote the transformation of government function,streamline administration and decentralization,strengthen the scientific decision-making ability of the government and the level of social governance.At present,the new generation of information technology,such as big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and blockchain develop rapidly.The wave of global digitalization and informatization has swept all fields of economy and society life.It also propose higher and more specific requirements for online government services.This paper take the construction and operation of Shandong government affairs service platform as the research object.Based on the extensive reading of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,public management theory,new public service theory,E-government theory,borderless organization theory,using literature research,empirical analysis,interview.This paper starts from the definition of Internet plus,e-government and administrative system reform.Then discusses the advantages,trends and methods of e-government development under the background of "Internet plus",expounds Internet plus new requirements for e-government development.I investigat the thought process and operation status of the construction of the government affairs service platform in Shandong Province,sum up the problems existing in the construction and operation of the platform,Analyze the cause of the problem.At last,according to these problems,put forward targeted solutions.It also gives some suggestions on how to further promote the construction of Shandong government service platform under the background of "Internet plus".
