| The report of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC clearly pointed out that we should "support the development of philanthropy",and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC also proposed to "improve the system of philanthropy".Under the guidance of the charity ideology in the new era,how the charity supermarket,a new charity operation platform and a new social assistance channel,will play a role in the modernization of the national governance system for a long time is a topic worthy of attention.Charity supermarket,a non-profit organization,relies on commercial supermarkets to establish social donation points by collecting and distributing aid,and regularly donates social or community workstations in order to solve temporary living difficulties of urban and rural residents.Charity supermarket is an important organization to optimize the welfare system and promote social harmony and stability.The value of charity supermarket is mainly reflected in four aspects.First,it provides care and substantive assistance to the poor people and special groups in the community,and solves the actual difficulties of the people’s life.Second,as a platform for social assistance at the grass-roots level,the government has a strong hand in its work.Third,receiving and distributing donated materials to build an energy-saving society;Fourth,organize and carry out volunteer service activities,advocate interpersonal care and promote the core socialist values.On January 15,2004,the first charity supermarket in Shandong Province was established in Jinan.By the end of 2008,there were 34 charity supermarkets in the city.By the end of 2020,there were only five charity supermarkets in normal operation in Jinan.In the process of rapid development,Jinan Charity Supermarket,as the first pilot charity supermarket in China,is difficult to reach the expectation due to insufficient resource raising ability,limited commodity realization ability and lack of self-hematopoiesis ability.As the epitome of the ups and downs of the development of charity supermarkets in China,Jinan charity supermarkets face many obstacles on the road of value realization.Therefore,how to solve the obstacles to the realization of the value of charity supermarket and promote the realization of the value of charity supermarket has become an urgent problem to be studied.This article USES the interview method,literature analysis and case analysis,to the collaborative governance theory,the public value theory and the welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical basis,on the basis of carding literature and reference to the relevant experience,research and analysis in jinan charity supermarket development,based on the theory of value realization and charity supermarket value realization model,In the empirical observation of the charity supermarket and the interview of multiple subjects,this paper explores the operation mode and situation of the charity supermarket in Jinan,analyzes the obstacles of the realization of the value of the charity supermarket,and summarizes the path of the realization of the value of the charity supermarket.Through the investigation of charity supermarket in Jinan,it is found that the realization of the value of material collection,social assistance,emergency protection,volunteer service and intermediary convenience is blocked.Because the positioning of charity supermarket is not clear,the needs of the masses are not recognized properly,and the value proposition of charity supermarket deviates.The limited commercial management level of charity supermarket affects the diversification of charity supermarket service,and the insufficient "blood forming" ability leads to the insufficient value creation of charity supermarket.Because the cooperation incentive system of charity supermarket is not perfect,it affects the participation enthusiasm of multiple subjects and leads to the imbalance of value maintenance of charity supermarket.Non-standard operation leads to limited value appreciation of charity supermarkets.Present these ideas in your paper as subheadings or the first sentence of a paragraph.By constructing the closed-loop path model of value realization of charity supermarket,this paper analyzes how to promote charity supermarket to become a new type of truly valuable relief carrier through value proposition,value creation,value maintenance and value increment. |
