The continuous advancement of the urbanization process and the continuous development of the aging trend of the population have made the situation of family migration of the migrant population increasingly intensified.A large number of parents of only children came to migrated cities for the purpose of taking care of their grandchildren,forming a migration with Chinese characteristics.However,due to the poor ability of this group to adapt to the new environment and insufficient attention at the government and community levels,various problems will arise in the process of adapting to the new urban life,and the intervention of social work is necessary.This article focuses on the "Lao Piaozu",and specifically studies the urban adaptation problems of this group.Taking the M community in L city as an example,through interviews with 15 "old drifters",we summarized the problems and causes of the "old drifters" in the urban adaptation process,and then selected 1 client through case work.Intervene.The intervention process strictly abides by the six steps of case work,is based on the theory of social support and hierarchy of needs,and adopts a combination of psychosocial therapy mode and structured family therapy mode to help the client adapt to urban life.After research,this article believes that using a combination of psychosocial governance model and structured family therapy model,actively cooperating with peer groups,families,and communities,case work can effectively solve the urban adaptation problems of the "old drifters". |
