Research On The Construction Of Primary Party Organizations In The "Village-to-house" Community

Under the background of rapid development of urbanization in China,as a new type of community,“village-to-house”came into being,which has the particularity of community residents are complex,resembling cities and rural areas,but not urban and rural areas,integration with urban and rural areas.In such a complex environment,the transition of the primary party organization of the “village-to-house” community into the “manager” of the community,the transition from the rural primary organization to the urban community elementary party organization,and the realization of self-construction and development are issues that must be properly addressed.This article takes the primary-level party organization of the D community in Harbin’s “village-to-house” community as object of study,and conducts a questionnaire survey of community residents and primary party organization members.Statistical Analysis of research data,to understand the specific situation of the basic-level party organization in the “village-to-house” community,and the accomplishments and a hard nut to crack in terms of ideology,organization,style,system,and construction of party style and clean government.With this end in view,this paper discusses the difficulties and problems existing in the grass-roots Party organizations in Harbin Community D,which is a typical representative of the village-to-village community.Strengthen the countermeasure research of the construction of the grass-roots Party Organization of the village committee,from five aspects of strengthening the ideological education,attaching importance to the construction of the organization,and strengthening the construction of the leading group,strive to solve the problem of the construction of the grass-roots Party Organization of the village committee,close communication between the party organization and community residents,perfecting and implementing the regional system,and shaping the clean party organization.The problem is to continually intensify the leading role of grassroots party organizations in the “village-to-house” community as a pioneer and model,to better build the“village-to-house” community,and to provide community residents with a harmonious,stable and beautiful home.
