Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Village Committee Election Under The Background Of Villagers’ Autonomy

The village committee belongs to the mass autonomous organization,is one of the important forms of grassroots mass autonomous organization,it can effectively solve the rural internal affairs,and can assist the grassroots government to deal with various affairs,has an extremely important role.As a grass-roots mass autonomous organization,the village committee can provide a self-management platform for the villagers and effectively promote the implementation of relevant policies;the village committee can reflect the implementation of the villagers’ self-management work,realize the real wishes of the villagers and solve problems for the grassroots.With the continuous improvement of the country’s attention to rural areas and farmers,the level of rural economic development is also improving,and the material and spiritual living standards have been improved.In this process,the election of rural village committee has become the key to the development of the village,but there are also many problems and contradictions.Therefore,the current in-depth study on the election of village committee is of great significance to the self-improvement of grassroots people It is of great significance to improve the quality of life.Taking h town in J Province as an example,this paper first summarizes the research conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars on Villagers’ autonomy and village committee election,and expounds the role of village committee election from three aspects: promoting farmers’ participation in rural political life,improving grassroots democracy and promoting the development of new socialist countryside.Secondly,based on the villagers’ autonomy theory,social justice theory and stakeholder theory,through questionnaire survey and interview,from the villagers’ cognition of the laws and regulations related to the village committee election,villagers’ election willingness and their own rights cognition,villagers’ recognition of the election process and results,the influence of Township government on the village committee election,and the influence of clan forces on the village committee election This paper analyzes the current situation of village committee election in H town of J province.The results show that the main problems existing in the election of village committee of H town in J Province are: the implementation of election procedures is not standardized,some villagers are not enthusiastic about participating in the election,the floating population’s election rights are difficult to guarantee,there are canvassing phenomenon and township government administrative intervention.Finally,combined with the analysis of the current situation and problems of village committee election in H town of J Province,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the village committee election work from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations and supervision mechanism,strengthening the participation consciousness of villagers of different strata,practically standardizing the village committee election system,promoting the village committee election according to law,and straightening out the relationship between township government and village committee.This paper studies the existing problems and improvement strategies of the village committee election of H town in J Province,in order to provide reference for the rural election work,and then provide reference for promoting the harmonious development of H town in J province.
