In recent years,the function orientation of the party organization in state-owned enterprises is more and more prominent,and the requirements of the party construction in state-owned enterprises are more and more high.To further strengthen Party building in SOEs,the CPC Central Committee issued the Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations in SOEs of the Communist Party of China(for Trial Implementation),stressing the need to lead high-quality development with highquality Party building.As A large state-owned enterprise located in Henan,A Bureau of China Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,in order to realize its "14th Five-Year" strategic planning and development goals,it is urgent to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the career management of Party affairs workers.Combined with the existing career management theory and research results,this paper takes the Party affairs workers of A Bureau of China Construction Corporation as the research object,and studies the status problems,causes and improvement measures of the career management of Party affairs workers in the A Bureau of China Construction Corporation.In this article,through reading material,staff visiting,questionnaire survey method to build A bureau of the party affairs worker career management problems and analyzing the causes of the problem,and build A bureau of strategic guidance,the company party affairs worker’s career goals,career path for the design improvement,has been clear about the sequence into A professional conditions,such as employee requirements development tools.This study designed the supporting measures of career management,including the improvement of staffing,salary incentive and other measures,from multiple angles to build a sound career management system for Party personnel.Focusing on the career management dilemma of Party affairs workers in A Bureau of China Construction Corporation,this study investigates and diagnoses the current situation of the career management of Party affairs workers in A Bureau of China Construction Corporation,designs the development channel of professional sequence applicable to the Party construction system,and clarifies the development principle of professional sequence,and the program design of job levels and rank promotion.For party affairs workers career management by sequence into a single channel management,professional sequences dual channel,this study made the original management sequence into a professional series of procedures and processes,as well as the different levels of personnel into the standards and working principles of communication between different systems,the channel for party affairs workers increased career,also provides diversified development train of thought for the party workers.This study in detail,in addition to professional sequences on the professional development of the party affairs worker target is also put forward the improvement measures,build A bureau management based on the actual design out of the "build A bureau staff career clock","build A bureau staff capacity development demand table",and put forward the perfect rotational communication mechanism,build efficient training system,combing advanced compensation concept,establish scientific management measures such as selection mechanism,to build A bureau of the career management more scientific and efficient.
