Research On The Impact Of Urban Community Public Service On Residents’ Happiness

The quality and level of public services have always been an important factor in the improvement of people’s happiness.In recent years,the government has been committed to improving the supply of public services through various channels to meet the various needs of residents for a better life.However,related research results show that,with the increase in the supply of public services,the improvement of Chinese residents’ happiness is not significant.As the basic unit of grassroots governance,the community plays an increasingly important role in social governance and carries more and more social public service functions.So does community public service have an important impact on the happiness of contemporary residents? Compared with the basic public services provided by the government,do community public services have a more significant impact on residents’ happiness? What type of community public services do community residents need more?Focusing on the above-mentioned issues,this article conducts research from the following aspects: The first is to use document analysis methods to sort out and review related research and theories,and clarify related research concepts.Supported by urban governance theory,it summarizes and refines the development direction of community public service efficiency.The second is to synthesize relevant research on the basis of the theoretical framework and put forward research hypotheses.And use quantitative regression analysis method to establish a research model to test the hypothesis based on Henan Province data.The main research conclusions are as follows: Community public service satisfaction has a significant impact on residents’ happiness,and compared with basic public services,community public services have a more significant impact on residents’ happiness.Except for community public facilities service satisfaction,other types of community public service satisfaction all have impacts on residents’ happiness.Community attachment plays a moderating role in the process of community public services to enhance the happiness of residents.The third is based on overall data analysis,focusing on an typical community,using practical experience to re-verify the hypothesis and data analysis conclusions,and analyze the reasons why the relevant conclusions are established in reality.Combining the overall results of data analysis and summary of actual experience.In the future,it is necessary to further clarify the important role of community public service construction,enhance the ability of social organization and emphasize the role of community attachment.The integration advantages led by party building should be used to fully mobilize all forces to establish a multi-participating community public service supply system guided by residents’ needs.
