As countries the unprecedented focus on governance,“the system of social management innovation” become a top priority of the macro management system,to change government management role and realize the cooperation between the government and society are the directions of the process of social governance.As is known to all,the basic unit society is the foundation of social governance,however,in the transitional period of society at the grass-roots level,as a result of planned economic system makes the unit after society under the grassroots community construction difficulties,diversified values makes residents autonomy is struggling,fully implement grassroots social governance challenges.Therefore,community grid management pattern promotes gradually in the country,the new system of social management innovation under the background of continuously follow up,explore the variety of myth of city administrative community autonomy,inseparable from the study of urban community attachment,in particular,is there any sense of community?,if there is,how much? In the process of social management system innovation,what is the relationship between community members? What is the new feature? They follow in daily contact with what kind of logic? Specific experience and actions of those behind by structural factors are worthy of our deep concern.The answer to these questions to realize urban grass-roots social management has important practical significance.So this article is based on social governance as the research background,select Changchun PY community as object of field research,urban community belonging to the present research situation and the cause of the status quo.Mainly the following conclusions: first,PY community members have high emotion.But members in neighborhoods in the presence of indifference and fragmentation of the overall characteristics,through the analysis of the specific events,the neighborhood relationship in nature,with strong instrumental,emotional fuzzy nature of the community social organizations membership in the vacuum state,and the residents and the grid long relationship comes a new characteristic,namely the relationship between change,ceaselessly cooperate relationship to each other.Secondly,we use Giddens structure duality theory,analyzing the present situation and problems of belonging to the community residents' think of community emotion arises from thesatisfaction of material conditions of the community.In terms of neighborhood indifference relation analysis of the causes,the author think that people will neighborhood as a “stranger”,using structural association rules for the stranger,to promote production and reproduction of neighborhood distant relationship.And long relationship between residents and the grid shift the reason is that community grids management long changed the residents and the grid resources and communication rules,through daily contact to make production and reproduction of cooperate relationship.Finally,the author thinks that “community grids management mode to promote the process of community governance,but to break through the bottleneck of“grid”,the author suggested that community service center will focus to develop the relationship between community members and emotional inclination,such as adjusting the grid-based long working time,increase grid long measures,such as performance evaluation criteria to grassroots social governance from the grid to residents for trapping and residents “collaboration” to “cooperation”.
