Research On The Influence Of Family Education Defects On Juvenile Delinquency

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,more and more attention has been paid to family education and the construction of family style.During the two sessions in 2021,the construction of family education was repeatedly suggested by members to be more scientific.Xi Jinping pointed out: "the family must carry forward the fine family tradition and support the good atmosphere of the whole society with thousands on thousands of families’ good family traditions",which highlights the importance of family education.As the first place for everyone to socialize,family education concept,family education mode,family atmosphere and other factors affect everyone’s life.However,in recent years,juvenile delinquency cases appear as hot news.Juvenile delinquency is characterized by low age,violence and intelligence.It is worth pondering that juvenile delinquency cases do cruel things like beasts in the vigorous years like the sun.The defect of family education is an essential factor in the study of juvenile delinquency.For this,it is the theoretical basis of this article with Mao Zedong’s family education thought,discussion on Xi Jinping’s family style construction in the new era and the fine family style of traditional Chinese culture are discussed.In this paper,family education and juvenile delinquency are combined to study.Starting from the defects of family education,the causes of juvenile delinquency are studied,and the adverse effects of the defects of family education on minors are analyzed.Then,feasible suggestions on preventing juvenile delinquency are put forward from the three dimensions of society,School and family.The implementation of the proposal can improve parents’ education ability,promote the growth of minors in a positive family environment,prevent juvenile delinquency,consolidate the progress of family education theory and practice,and promote the harmonious and orderly development of society,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of previous studies,this paper focuses on the content,performance and adverse effects of family education defects on the growth of minors.Doting family,laissez-faire family,violent family,bad family and expectation family belong to different types of family education defects.The root causes of the defects of family education are related to the bad social atmosphere,bad family style,parents’ wrong educational ideas,improper educational methods and insufficient emotional attachment.The influence of family education defects on juvenile delinquency will be the focus of this paper.This paper analyzes the adverse effects of the defects of family education from the aspects of the internal thoughts and external behaviors of minors,that is,the formation of minors’ values,the formation of moral quality and personality,as well as the formation of minors’ self-control ability,interpersonal relationship and social adaptability.This paper expounds the path to prevent juvenile delinquency from three perspectives of family,school and society,so as to promote the healthy growth of minors and build a sunny family.As General Secretary Xi Jinping said,"thousands of households are good,the country can be good and the nation can be good.Only when the country is good and the nation is good can the family be good."...
