Research On The Dilemma And Optimization Strategy Of New-type Smart City Construction In Wuhu Under The Background Of Big Data

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of new urbanization construction,the in-depth implementation of the development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing",the continuous application of new generation information technology such as big data and cloud computing,the more intelligent urban management,and the continuous improvement of public service quality and level.Then the city has been given new connotation and requirements,and the smart city is also changing to a new type of smart city.Big data is an indispensable technical guarantee for building a new smart city,and also provides an opportunity for urban governance and social development transformation.Wuhu is one of the first batch of-pilot cities of smart city construction in China.Wuhu Municipal Party committee and government attach great importance to the construction of Wuhu new smart city.However,there are still many difficulties in the current construction process,such as:the top-level design is not perfect,the characteristics are not outstanding,the operation efficiency of smart city resource integration is low,the construction and application development is unbalanced,the public participation is low,the data sharing and security problems need to be solved,and the sustainability of construction is poor,etc,Adhere to the principle of "people-oriented",build a multi-level talent team,broaden the channels of public participation,realize the collaborative construction of multiple social subjects,and strive to build a safe,convenient,intelligent and efficient "New intelligent Wuhu".Combined with the era background of big data,this paper takes Wuhu City as an example to study the construction dilemma and optimization strategy of Wuhu new smart city.On the basis of fully discussing "big data","new smart city",and the relationship between big data and new smart city,this paper analyzes the construction situation and current situation of Wuhu smart city,puts forward the problems and challenges existing in the construction of Wuhu new smart city under the background of big data,and systematically analyzes these problems,using new public management,collaborative governance and other related technologies In order to promote the construction of Wuhu new smart city,we should learn from the successful experience of domestic and foreign cities,play the leading role of big data in the construction of new smart city,and explore specific optimization strategies,so as to optimize the government’s public services,improve and serve the people’s livelihood,enhance the ability of urban governance and public services,and increase the efficiency of urban development It has many practical significance to strengthen the sense of the masses.Relevant research results provide reference for the construction of new smart cities in China under the background of big data.
