| After the reform and opening up,the development of market economy makes the unprecedented huge change of our society,the complexity of the society,the significant increase in the liquidity,risk,also promoted the changing of social grassroots governance in our country,from the streets of the block governance to the networked integrated management and intensification of social governance.Current our country urbanization growth significantly,which leads to the diversity to the community’s interests,the interests demands diversification,the residents’ awareness of main body character,the new problem constantly,community workers as an important participant of community governance,in the face of increasingly complex and professional work,this makes the community worker work under huge pressure,job burnout,and this phenomenon is spreading widely and is on the rise.The job burnout of community workers has a direct impact on the effectiveness of social governance at the grass-roots level in China.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the job burnout of community workers,which is conducive to improving the stability and development of community workers and making them better serve the people.Paper is divided into five parts.The first part,introduction.Job burnout has become a common phenomenon in the society and has a great impact on people’s mental health.Taking community workers with less attention as the research object is a major innovation of this paper.The second part,on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign research,combined with China’s national conditions to define the connotation of community workers and job burnout,and with the support of organizational support theory,from the external environment analysis of job burnout Yin deficiency.The third part,the general context of the empirical research ideas,respectively introduces the research framework,research hypotheses,research tools and research objects.The fourth part is the empirical research of the article.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 256 community workers in S city to find out the current degree of community workers’ job burnout and organizational support.At the same time,statistical data analysis was conducted on the recovered samples to analyze the differences between various dimensions of community workers’ job burnout and organizational support.The correlation and regression analysis are carried out to explore the correlation between the two.The fifth part,the summary of empirical research and countermeasures and suggestions,respectively from the micro level of community workers themselves,community organization from the perspective of the macro level of social cognition to reduce the job burnout of community workers in S City.Paper with S city community workers as investigation object,and combined with the research methods of questionnaire and literature analysis,to study the job burnout feeling about community work analysis,found that the current "S city community workers there are different levels of job burnout,and the phenomenon of relatively low perceived organizational support,organizational support theory puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for community workers job burnout,this paper USES the scale for the international scale,thus inventory differences between cultural background may be a certain degree of influence on research,scale of localization needs further research. |
