Research On Consultative Democracy Of The CPPCC Of China

CPPCC consultative democracy has outstanding characteristics in China’s socialist democratic politics,and in the "two-step" strategy of China’s new era,CPPCC consultative democracy will continue to play its own role.This paper will be the CPPCC consultative democracy as the object of study,that is,through further analysis of it,can better play the CPPCC consultative democracy in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity in the unique advantages.This paper USES comparative analysis and historical analysis method,first expounds the basic connotation of the people’s political consultative conference deliberative democracy,the people’s political consultative conference logic evolution of deliberative democracy systematically comb,then analyzed from two aspects of achievements and problems of the people’s political consultative conference,the current situation of deliberative democracy in the final analysis the countermeasures for the construction of the new age of the people’s political consultative conference deliberative democracy,namely to uphold and strengthen the party of the people’s political consultative conference consultation work of the comprehensive leadership,strengthen the construction of CPPCC member team,further improve the system of Chinese people’s political consultative conference deliberative democracy programs and strengthen the Chinese people’s political consultative conference(CPPCC)effect of negotiation.
