With the increasing trend of global integration and the deepening of re form and opening up,my country’s socio-economic development has been rapid,which has attracted more and more foreign NGOs to develop in China.These foreign NGOs actively participate in economic construction,science and education,poverty alleviation,earthquake relief,health care,environmental culture,rule of law,and other projects in China,which have greatly promoted the all-round progress of my country’s society and economy.However,some hostile elements and hostile forces use this as a cover and make full use of the cover status of foreign NGOs to take the opportunity to carry out various infiltration and sabotage activities within our country.This kind of behavior has greatly challenged and threatened our country’s national security and society.It is stable and brings huge security risks.Although the Chinese government has tried various methods to supervise these foreign NGOs,the activities of these foreign NGOs are hidden and the background is complicated.Therefore,there are still many troubles in the supervision of foreign NGOs.The Chinese government dealt with it.This article focuses on the central purpose of maintaining national security,comprehensively applying theories of public management such as voluntary failure theory,national security theory,and government supervision theory,fully considering the characteristics of foreign NGOs,and specifying the presence of foreign NGOs in China based on relevant data.Work status and project impact.After comprehensively analyzing and judging the current Chinese government’s regulatory system and measures for foreign NGOs,it is found that the current Chinese government still has a weak sense of responsibility,lack of cooperation in management,formalized daily supervision,and inability to control overseas in the process of supervision.Questions such as the true purpose of the NGO.When problems are discovered,the reasons should be analyzed in depth.Through analysis and judgment,I think there are mainly the following reasons:one is the lack of a deep understanding of overall national security,and the other is the communication mechanism between various party and government agencies and with foreign NGOs.Incomplete,third,the issuing regulations and supporting regulations related to foreign NGOs,especially related to supervision work,are not yet complete,and fourth,the punishment mechanism for foreign NGOs is not yet complete.Through comparative analysis of the regulatory measures of four countries,the United States,a major country in transition,Russia,a major developing country,India,and a socialist country,Vietnam,on foreign non-governmental organizations,the experience is summarized,and the essence is selected to formulate a more complete and in line with my country’s actual national conditions.Provide assistance with supervision policies for foreign NGOs.Finally,combined with the above-mentioned multi-faceted research and analysis,I believe that improving the supervision of foreign NGOs should start from the following aspects:one is to strengthen the overall national security concept,and the other is to accurately guide foreign NGOs to carry out activities in our country.,The third is to build a multi-level and three-dimensional supervision and management mechanism,improve the communication mechanism between government departments,the fourth is to establish and improve the relevant laws and supporting implementation rules for the supervision of foreign NGOs,and the fifth is to improve the self-discipline ability of foreign NGOs,Sixth,it is necessary to conduct security assessments of foreign NGOs on schedule and introduce corresponding punishment and reward systems.In short,as the overall national strength continues to increase,the projects that foreign NGOs will participate in in the future will be more colorful,and the security risks they bring will also greatly increase.Therefore,the Chinese government must effectively strengthen the protection of foreign NGOs.Supervision work,according to the economic and social development trend,constantly adjusts and improves corresponding supervision measures,strives to reduce the negative effects of foreign NGOs’ activities in our country,strives to ensure and builds an international and domestic environment that is conducive to political and economic progress,and strives to ensure national security And the prosperity and development of society.
