At present,tourism is a strategic pillar of our national economy.Tourist attraction sites are specific places for tourists to relax on vacations.However,the complexity and unpredictability of its internal and external environments are enormous.The government holds the key to providing emergency services and support at tourist sites.However,there is a question about how to position the government departments functionally and also to identify the main gaps in the current emergency services to promote or upgrade the emergency services.Therefore,this research,"the emergency service and public satisfaction of tourist attractions," is of theoretical and practical significance to strengthen government emergency management serviceability and establish an intelligent,cooperative,legal,and professional emergency management service system in tourist attractions.This upgrade is geared towards promoting steady and healthy tourism in China.This paper studies the emergency management system at tourist attractions based on the theories of emergency management life-cycle,cooperative governance,and service-oriented government.Indeed,through the lens of "life cycle" theory,management of tourist attractions is seen as a kind of public service and a necessary guarantee provided by the government to tourists.Through the survey of tourists’satisfaction with emergency services,we can check the evaluation of service receivers and examine the emergency services work of government departments.Through"empathy" and "personal experience",tourists can help government departments find out the focus and direction of the current emergency services to be improved and promoted from the perspective of emergency service recipients.Through research,it is found that in the current emergency service work of government departments in tourist scenic areas,there are shortcomings in emergency service capacity and insufficient risk assessment in the prevention stage,intelligent construction is not in place,information acquisition is not smooth,there is a linkage mechanism in the disposal stage is imperfect,and the strengthening stage is summarized and summarized.I don’t pay attention to issues such as promotion,which is the focus and difficulty of emergency service in the current tourist attraction.Based on this,this study proposes that in the next step,government departments should improve their capacity,assess risks,respond and share information in the response stage,communicate and cooperate,effectively rescue at the disposal stage,strengthen the stage,improve the mechanism,and summarize and improve.So as to improve the emergency emergency service capacity of government departments in tourist scenic spots in an all-round way,and improve the intelligent,collaborative and rule-of-law level of emergency service work in tourist scenic spots.
