Study On The Safety Of Tourist Attractions From The Perspective Of Crime

The rapid development of tourism in the world has made great contributions to the economic growth,the improvement of people’s living standards and the prosperity of culture of all countries,but it is also accompanied by a series of disharmonious factors,among which the increasingly serious tourism crime not only brings great negative effects to the development of tourism,Moreover,it seriously infringes on the life,property and psychological safety of tourists,tourism practitioners and local residents,and hinders the sustainable development of tourism.Therefore,tourism crime and tourism-related social phenomena began to attract the attention of domestic scholars,and foreign scholars are also trying to construct crime models and other tools to study such issues.However,with the rapid development of domestic tourism economy,the current security problems of tourist attractions,especially tourism crimes,are increasing year by year,so it is necessary to carry out relevant research.This paper takes the safety of tourist attractions based on the perspective of crime as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation and case analysis.Firstly,it expounds the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods,innovation points and so on.Secondly,taking A scenic spot as an example,this paper studies the tourism safety management of A scenic spot from the perspective ofcrime.Through the collection and processing of relevant data,this paper analyzes the crime point difference of A scenic spot,and analyzes the safety management problems caused by tourism crime in A scenic spot from the aspects of the difficulty of prevention and control of scenic spots caused by the randomness of criminal subjects,the lack of protection mechanism of criminal objects in scenic spots,the difficulty of scenic spot management caused by more criminal subjectivity,the weak safety awareness of employees,and the poor standardization of scenic spot management.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the theoretical framework of the safety management life cycle of tourist attractions is constructed in the three stages of pre-stage,in-process stage and post-stage,and the safety management system of tourist attractions is constructed from the three levels of safety early warning monitoring,safety emergency disposal and safety recovery and evaluation of tourist attractions,so as to ensure the implementation.This paper puts forward the safety management measures of tourist attractions from the aspects of constructing the safety management system of tourist attractions,the subject of crime prevention,formulating and perfecting the rules and regulations related to tourism,reducing the subjective factors of crime,perfecting the safety defense measures of tourist attractions,strengthening the management of criminal objects,strengthening the support of functional departments of tourist attractions for safety management,’awakening ’ the objective factors of crime,strengthening the cognitive guidance of tourists or potential tourists on tourism safety,in order to provide reference and guidance for the safety management of tourist attractions.
