Research On The Development Of Home-based Community Care Service In Qingdao City

The aging rate of Qingdao is among the top in China.By the end of 2019,the population aged over 60 has reached 1.866 million,with an aging rate of 22.2 percent,4.8 percentage points higher than that of the whole country.With the aging of the population,the aging problem is becoming more and more prominent,which has become an urgent problem to be solved.China’s current family structure is mainly based on the "4-2-1" structure,that is,there are four elderly people in a family corresponding to two adults and one to two children.The long-term family endowment pattern has been unable to meet the current pension needs.At present,people’s life activities cannot be separated from the community.As the home-based community care integrates the advantages of the geographical features of the community and the humanistic environment at home,people gradually pay attention to and accept the home-based community care model.Qingdao city attaches great importance to the development of home-based community service for the aged,but when certain results have been achieved,there are also many problems.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the home-based community service for the aged and constantly improve the home-based community service system.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly explaining the background,significance and research results at home and abroad.The second part is the definition of concept and theoretical analysis,systematically elaborated the,concept and related theoretical support in this study.The third part investigates and studies home-based community care services through interviews,questionnaires,actual visits and other forms,and analyzes and finds out the existing problems,which mainly include the following aspects:first,insufficient publicity,low participation of the elderly;Second,the infrastructure of home-based community service for the aged is not perfect and the effective supply is insufficient.Third,there is a shortage of professional talents for home-based community service workers;Fourth,the combination of medical care is not deep enough;Fifth,the consumption of the elderly guidance is inadequate,lack of financial subsidies;In the fourth part,through SWOT research method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of home-based community care services in Qingdao city are systematically analyzed to provide basis for future development.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of home-based community care in Qingdao;The sixth part is the conclusion.
